gr. 2 Mapping Main Street
As part of our Community unit we have been learning about mapping and our Yarmouth Community. Students have had the opportunity to read about different maps and they have created maps of the classroom, their bedroom and the YES garden. Today we took a quick field trip to Main Street and mapped some important buildings we see everyday. After, we took a picture with the famous elm tree, “Herbie” who will be cut down this winter.
